Terms and Conditions

1. Players Club play history and information is used by Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw to identify gaming preferences, classify and reward peak performance players, mail invitations, conduct market research, give incentives and rewards, monitor and analyze player activity, and to comply with its obligations respecting distribution of information of responsible gambling intervention programs to selected individuals. Upon request of the member, Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw will provide the member with a consumer statement showing a record of play history.

2. Players Club Card is free.

3. Members must be 19 years of age or older.

4. Valid photo identification verifying applicant’s signature, address and date of birth required at time of completing and signing of membership application. Both a Players Club Card and valid identification may be required to receive any prizes or rewards.

5. It is the member’s responsibility to present their Players Club Card to a table games dealer before playing tables and/or to properly insert the card into the slot card reader to verify its acceptance throughout the duration of play.

6. Players Club Cards that have been inactive for 18 months will be cancelled by Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw and any accumulated bonus points will also be cancelled.

7. Points accumulated at any machine other than member’s own constitutes fraud and Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw may take any appropriate action necessary including forfeiture of points and cancellation of the club card.

8. Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw Players Club memberships and any associated benefits are not transferable to any other members. The Players Club Card may only be used by the named cardholder.

9. The Players Club Card remains the property of Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw and must be returned by the member to the casino upon request.

10. The Players Club Card may be forfeited if the member has been banned entry to Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw. Individuals under voluntary or involuntary exclusion are not permitted in the casinos and therefore may not apply or participate in the club card program for the duration of the exclusion.

11. A member is not entitled to multiple Players Club Cards.

12. Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards must be reported immediately to Guest Services and lost or stolen cards will be cancelled. The casinos may replace lost or stolen cards at their discretion.

13. Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw reserve the right to adjust any Players Club Card balance that has increased as a result of slot machine malfunction, computer error, or operator error. Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw assume no liability for any loss or damage as a result of the misuse of the card.

14. By signing the Players Club application and using the Players Club Card, the member agrees to comply with these terms and conditions. Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw reserve the right to modify or amend these rules, conditions or membership benefits at any time without prior notice to members.

15. Generally speaking, Casinos Regina & Moose Jaw do not disclose any personal information to third parties without the member’s written consent.
