Responsible Gaming

At Sask Gaming, we take our responsibility to society, our guests and our employees seriously.

We want to provide everyone who visits our properties with information and education about the casino environment so they can make informed, responsible choices.

What are Responsible Gaming Information Centres?

Our Responsible Gaming Information Centres (RGIC) provide information, access to community resources, and referrals for those who seek help.

The RGICs are located on the gaming floor at Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw. Our goal is to educate guests and staff about responsible play, and deliver education and awareness in a positive way. It’s part of our strategy to be good citizens of our communities, contributing in a socially responsible way.

The RGICs are staffed by a team of Responsible Gaming Specialists, who provide information about gaming, randomness, house advantage, and the costs of different types of gaming.

Anyone can use the RGIC to learn more about gaming. We have resource materials available on a variety of topics; you can learn how slot machines work, read industry magazines, and gather information on other entertainment options in the casino and in the community.

Our RGIC provides information so our guests can make informed decisions about their play. Visitors who have concerns their level of play, or that of a loved one, are referred to health care professionals when necessary.

The RGICs are open daily from:

Casino Regina:
